Chewie is a 4 year old golden retriever who is the most charming member of the Brennan family. She's playful, kind-hearted, and adorable, and  she's always the center of attention.  She loves touring the neighborhood with one of us in tow. She'll happily warm our toes on a cold night or play taste tester when we get crazy in the kitchen. She's prone to mischief and adventure, as it was she who led us to find the giant blue orbs that decorate the neighbors' "garden." Her name reflects some of the things we love most (Chewie--Chewbacca the Wookie in Star Wars, Grits--nothing better than grits in the south, Aberdeen--our lake retreat), but Chewie is the favorite by far.
